How do I set up health reminders?

Go to your pet's profile, tap "Health," then "Reminders." You can set up reminders for medications, vet appointments, grooming, and more.

Can I export my pet's health records?

Yes! You can export your pet's complete health records as a PDF from the "Health" section in your pet's profile. This is perfect for vet visits.

Is the app free to use?

NekoInu offers both free and premium features. Basic pet tracking is free, while advanced features like unlimited photo storage and detailed health analytics require a premium subscription.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

The app is crashing. What should I do?

First, try restarting the app and your device. If the problem persists, make sure you have the latest version of the app. If issues continue, please contact our support team.

What languages does the app support?

NekoInu currently supports English and Japanese. You can change the language in the app settings under "Language & Region." We're working on adding more languages in future updates.
